Keno Tractors Return Policy
In no case will cash or check refunds be issued for tractor or implement purchases. Instead, a store credit will be given for the purchase of a tractor and/or other equipment. Returns must be made within a reasonable amount of time and the returned tractor and/or equipment must be in resellable condition.
 
Return Policy on Parts Purchases:
Please call our Parts Department at 866-363-8193, in advance to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. No returns or refunds will be allowed after 30 days from date of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will apply for all returned parts.  Postage is non-refundable.
 
To be eligible for return, parts must be in new or resalable condition and properly identified with the complete part number and description of the part. 
 
All parts must be parts originally purchased from Keno Tractors on a Keno Tractors invoice. Returned parts are to be shipped prepaid by the purchaser with the original invoice as packing slip.
 
All parts are subject to final acceptance by Keno Tractors before the credit is issued. Damaged, unidentifiable or otherwise rejected or unacceptable parts will be held for 15 days after rejection of claim has been decided. Purchaser will have final decision to request the rejected parts be returned to them on freight collect, otherwise parts will be discarded.
 
Please call 866-363-8193 to obtain a reference number for a return. The reference number must be clearly marked on the box.
 
No returns or refunds on electrical parts or fuel injection pumps. No returns or refunds on special order products. Parts identified as flammable or hazardous such as paint, oil, or any such type of consumables will not be allowed for return.
